Communication on day of service was great and service appointment reminder was given in a timely manner. Staff were friendly. Chevrolet Colorado's service status and maintenance due dates were provided by Brady Melcher. He gave suggested service options. A multi-point inspection was given and it was claimed that both cam-sensors needed replacement as they were leaking according to Brady. It is a surprise that the cam-sensors need replacement at milage of 41,400 miles. However, for convenience, I may choose another service center for upcoming requirments. Thanks

Omg ,I just want to thank the gentleman on Saturday taking me home with my groceries, he help me fill out paperwork and drop my keys in the box and than gave me a ride home. This guy even stop eating his lunch to help me I cant remember his name but he a keeper. Thank you so much

Ashley was polite, positive and professional. Tom (in-service dept) is knowledgeable, always tries to get the vehicles in as soon as possible, works well with the customer, explains things so you can understand what needs to be done and accommodating. I was there one Friday around 5:00 PM, and needed a ride back to my house. Tom found me a ride, and it wasn't easy. Practically everyone had left for the day!

Brady was waiting for me when I arrived and immediately brought my car into the bay. He went over everything and listen to the service I wanted. He through checked my car over and did the maintenance required. There was a noticeable difference in the performance of my vehicle when I drove it home. All the staff was helpful and friendly.

We were having a big issue with our new truck. Similar to a 'shudder' while driving. Violent shaking while driving down the freeway, also side roads. Thanks to the service team, especially Travis for putting all the hard work into this issue. Apparently there was a wire shorting out and this was repaired. We have been travelling in the truck often, and to date there has been NO issue!! Thank you so much.
