Communication on day of service was great and service appointment reminder was given in a timely manner. Staff were friendly. Chevrolet Colorado's service status and maintenance due dates were provided by Brady Melcher. He gave suggested service options. A multi-point inspection was given and it was claimed that both cam-sensors needed replacement as they were leaking according to Brady. It is a surprise that the cam-sensors need replacement at milage of 41,400 miles. However, for convenience, I may choose another service center for upcoming requirments. Thanks

Ashley was polite, positive and professional. Tom (in-service dept) is knowledgeable, always tries to get the vehicles in as soon as possible, works well with the customer, explains things so you can understand what needs to be done and accommodating. I was there one Friday around 5:00 PM, and needed a ride back to my house. Tom found me a ride, and it wasn't easy. Practically everyone had left for the day!

Brady was waiting for me when I arrived and immediately brought my car into the bay. He went over everything and listen to the service I wanted. He through checked my car over and did the maintenance required. There was a noticeable difference in the performance of my vehicle when I drove it home. All the staff was helpful and friendly.
