A Message to Our Emmert Motors Family:
The COVID-19 pandemic is impacting the lives of our customers, communities and neighbors. As transportation is recognized an essential need, we want to let you know that we are here to serve. Therefore, if your vehicle requires mechanical repair, collision repair or maintenance, we are here to serve you. If you need to purchase a new or used vehicle right now, we can help you. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, we wanted to outline below some of the key measures we are taking to protect you, our team members and our communities.
OUR DEALERSHIP FACILITY AND TEAM:
- Increased daily disinfecting of our facility, particularly high touch points.
- Stocking the dealership with soap, alcohol-based sanitizers and sanitary wipes.
- Encourage personnel to stay home if they are not feeling well in any way.
- Requesting that our personnel temporarily refrain from shaking hands with people.
- Promote social distancing & Installed 6-foot social distancing markers.
- Posting and promoting frequent and proper hand washing.
SERVICE, PARTS, AUTO GLASS & COLLISION REPAIR:
- Installed acrylic sneeze guards in our service write-up area.
- Disinfecting high touch points in every incoming and outgoing vehicle.
- Will provide home pick-up and delivery for service and repairs. Please call for availability.
- Available customer night drop box where you can fill out your service request on an envelope and leave your vehicle and keys with us. Please utilize your own pen.
- Local area at home collision repair estimates.
NEW AND USED VEHICLE SALES:
- Shop from home at emmertmotors.com utilizing our Shop, Click, Drive process.
- We have disinfecting procedures for all test drives and deliveries.
- Test drives to be performed without a sales associate unless requested.
- We can bring a vehicle you are interested to you for test drives and or purchase.
- We have developed a no contact sales process at the dealership.
We will continue to take measures to protect you, our team and communities. We also hope you’ll join us in protecting the health of our families and communities by following the advice of the Centers for Disease Control and our local health authorities.
