Mr. Emmert, Well this is just to let you know how pleased I was dealing with your staff on a used car. Mr. Steve Tupper was the sales person that I was dealing with on a used car and it was a pleasure just to talk with him. He was honest in telling me what he knew about the car and what to expect from the car. When I looked at the car the first time it was pretty clean, but when we made a deal on the car and I was supposed to pick it up the next day, WOW that car was really clean inside and out including the motor. Thanks to your staff that did the job and all of your sales persons who were friendly and always had a smile when talking with them. They all were very helpful when I asked them a question. When I met you we sat in your office and talked about the car I was buying. Thanks for being a down to earth guy and talking with me. This is a letter of praise. So often it seems that all we hear is the negative, especially when it comes to purchasing a used car. Without getting into all of the details, I would like to let you know about a situation that we found ourselves in recently. After purchasing a used car from Emmert Motors about two months ago we started having concerns with it. We went to see Michael Emmert, the owner, and talk to him personally about our problem. The overall result was excellent. Mr. Emmert handled the situation with complete integrity and honesty. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Overall, I would like to express to this community that when purchasing a new or used vehicle, to make sure that you deal with someone like Mr. Emmert and his staff at Emmert Motors in St. Helens.
